Terrible fitting

"While the rest of your product looks to be designed and built with thought your fitting is cheap. It leaks horribly. Hits the tank nut before conical seal is compressed. Bought $10 chrome plated brass fitting with shutoff valve and nylon nut from Amazon. Cut your supply hose and spliced a nylon braided sink fitting using hose clamps an a brass barbed connector. Belt and suspenders approach. No leaks. I think you should scrap your cheap tee."

Biffy-the-poopie-slayer

"Used it a few months now. Installation was easy once I finally realized where to connect the hose (where the water goes into the tank just under the tank, not the main water main coming out of the wall). I had to play around with the adjustable water pressure on the Biffy because at first it was splashing all over the back wall. Now it sprays powerful enough to do the job but yet keeps my wall dry. I only have two minor issues. First, the flow lever sticks up above my toilet seat so when I sit on the seat my cheeks are touching and pressing on the flow valve lever. I would imagine this may cause damage later on but fortunately I've gotten use to the feel of it when I sit down. The other issue is that I have to scoot way up on the seat, to the point that my tenders are nearly crushed, for the water to spray in the right location. This too I'm getting used to. At first I was skeptical of the cleaning job and in fact I would test the performance afterwards by wiping with toilet paper. Early on I picked up residue but now that I've experimented and found the right position all residue is washed clean. That's why I nickname this Biffy-the-poopie-slayer, a pun off the tv show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I live alone but I think I would be uncomfortable using the product if a bunch of people peed all over it (even though it's claimed to be self-cleaning) or with diarrhea accidents potentially spraying/exploding poop all over. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone, especially those like me who tend to get complications from wiping too hard. My bum feels soooo much better and now I don't worry about having several bowel movements in a day. Hope this helps in your decision to buy."
